John joined KKM in 1979 as KKM founder Troy Ketchum’s first sales director. John worked tirelessly over the years on growing KKM’s business throughout the Northeast and shaped it into the premier sales and marketing organization it is today. John purchased KKM in 2004 and expanded KKM’s services to include Shopper Loyalty and CPFR divisions to better serve our clients. John serves today as a mentor to KKM and helps guide the company forward.
John joined KKM in 2008 after working for Hynes Sales & Marketing for 4 years. In 2013, he was named KKM’s President and given responsibility for all company operations. Prior to this, John’s career was retail-focused, having worked for CVS Health since 1992. During his tenure as DMM of Health Care and Personal Care at CVS he was responsible for over 3 billion dollars in sales. John has over 30 years of combined retailer and supplier experience to help develop and grow your business.
Vice President Client Services KKM
James joined KKM in 2000 as an intern from Bryant University. James developed systems to understand POS and deploy reporting to KKM clients. He played major roles in developing both customer loyalty and vendor managed inventory reporting for both retailers and suppliers that are in use today. James and his team have become fluent in most major retail portals and report insights to suppliers today.
Vice President Sales KKM
Tracy joined KKM in 2013 after working for CVS Health for 24 years. She held various positions throughout the organization from logistics, operations and category management. Her last position was DMM of Store Brands, responsible for over 4 billion dollars in sales. Tracy has over 25 years of combined retailer and supplier experience to collaborate with suppliers in developing strategies to expand portfolio.

JoEllen joined KKM in early 2018, after an extensive career in the cosmetic industry. She initiated and continuously expanded Physicians Formula distribution into all chains throughout the Eastern US; managing a sales team which included the Wet n Wild brand at CVS after Markwins acquired PF in 2012. Prior to Physicians Formula, JoEllen served as National Account Manager for Max Factor and started her career with Revlon. JoEllen brings more than 30 years of experience to KKM, managing brands in the beauty and personal care categories at CVS.
Vice President Sales KKM
Joan joined KKM in July 2004 and has over 25 years of experience working with both CVS Health Store Brand and National Brand suppliers. She has developed relationships within all areas of CVS Marketing and Quality Assurance which has supported consistent supplier growth annually.
Vice President Supplier Finance KKM
Liz joined KKM in 1994 after working at Brooks Pharmacy for 8 years in Merchandising and Purchasing. In the early days at KKM she managed the Co-op and Customer Service departments. As the finance/deduction issues became more prevalent, her focus in this area became a priority. Liz oversees all of the issues regarding supplier payment/deduction/audit issues and provides over 30 years of experience, support and guidance.
Vice President Finance and Administration KKM
Karen joined KKM in 2012 after working for Suffolk Construction Co. in Boston, MA for 15 years. Karen has over 20 years of corporate finance, human resources, and administration experience.
Director of Sales KKM
Erin joined KKM in 2008 after working for Hynes Sales & Marketing for over 9 years. Prior to that, Erin gained invaluable experience working as an onsite planogram specialist for Imperial Distributors at Stop & Shop in Quincy, MA where she handled planogramming for all of General Merchandise and Cosmetics. Erin’s 30+ years of experience includes everything from retail store management and operations to sales and data analysis.
Director Vendor Managed Inventory KKM
Brett joined KKM in 2006 as a marketing analyst after starting his career with Crossmark. In 2011, he was tasked with spearheading KKM’s new Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) department, subsequently being named Director of the department in 2016. In the eight years since the department’s inception, the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) department has more than doubled in size under Brett’s leadership. He has used his knowledge and experience to assist clients with all of their forecasting and replenishment needs.
Director Shopper Analytics KKM
Jenn joined KKM in 2011 as an initial member of the loyalty analytics team, taking on team leadership in 2014. The Analytics team manages 20+ client partners from planning and executing of loyalty programming to digging into the shopper data provided by retailer loyalty cards. Prior to her role at KKM, Jenn was a District Manager for a national clothing retailer.
